Yield: 4 servings

CL Comments: Line the pan with foil for fast cleanup.
Amy's Comments: This was a ZIP to make! My chops needed to cook a few minutes longer (maybe 3 minutes extra at the most). Flavorful
and easy - great for a weeknight meal! Oh and I used regular garlic not the jar.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 (4 oz) boneless center cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick.)
Cooking spray
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Rub the mixture over both sides of pork chops.
- Place the pork chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
