The reduced fat goat cheese I've been buying is made by a small artisinal cheese company called Coach Farm: 1 oz=2 pts
However, I have found that the cheese spoils quickly and I just can't keep up with it. So instead, I've been buying a great spreadable goat cheese made by The Vermont Butter and Cheese Company. It comes in a small tub, also from Whole Foods. 1 T = 1 pt and 1 T goes a long way. It's very creamy and has the traditional sharp tangy taste of goat cheese because it's full fat. The RF stuff is also excellent, but the low fat nature of it causes a little less tang. Still well worth the money, however, if you can eat it before it spoils.
